Branding is the second of four curriculums under Bridging the Gap. We suggest you take this curriculum after completing Entrepreneurism.
While there seem to be many ways to define branding, we'll quote Marty Neumeier, author and speaker on the subject..."A brand is not a logo. A brand is not an identity. A brand is not a product. ...a brand is a person's gut feeling about a product, service or organization." Understanding the role of client service and consumer expectations is vital when determining how you'll show up in your business. Your customer defines your brand, but everything you do determines how they come to that conclusion.

"Be genuine. Be remarkable. Be worth connecting with."  - Seth Godin
